Five Bedroom Beachfront House at Alligator Point, Florida 29°53'48"N 84°23'17"W This 3,400 square foot five bedroom, four bath beachfront luxury home is located South of Tallahassee, Florida at Alligator Point, Florida on the Gulf of Mexico, just 40 minutes from the Tallahassee Airport.

The house features granite counter tops, tile throughout the bathrooms including floors and showers, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors in the main living area and wall to wall carpet throughout the second level, beginning at the stairs. Both master bedrooms have water views.

There are two decks facing the Gulf of Mexico. The first floor deck is screened and can easily seat 12 people and offer a panoramic view of the coast. This screened in porch is just yards from the water allowing anyone on the porch eye contact with family members on the beach.

The first level has a large family-sized kitchen opening to a large family room and formal dining area, (all in one room facing the beach). This floor also includes a full private bath, a guest bedroom and a large laundry room.

 

The second Level has two master bedrooms, with king size beds and private baths, facing the beach. The two upstairs guest bedrooms have queen size beds and share a bath with a bathtub\shower. One of the guest bedrooms also has a bunk bed available.
